No Return or Refund Policy

Due to the specialized nature of cryptocurrency mining hardware, Khandesh Miner's has a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Once payment is confirmed, the sale is considered final.

Exceptions may apply only in cases where:

• The product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) and verified within 48 hours of delivery.

• A manufacturing defect is identified and falls within the warranty period.

Exchange (if applicable)

If the product is proven defective and covered under warranty, it may be eligible for exchange. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer.
